How do I log in?
Click on the login button and enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click the Forgot Password link. If you have not registered yet, create a new account by following the prompts on the Login page.
How do I edit my account profile?
To edit your account, you must log in to the store. After logging in, click the "My Account" link at the top navigation bar.
How do I start shopping?
You can start shopping by selecting a product category in the "Product Categories" navigation box. Then, you can add individual products from each category to your cart.
How do I add products to the shopping cart?
Once you have selected a product, fill out the necessary fields, such as color, size, and quantity, and click the "Add to Cart" button.
How do I update the cart?
To update your shopping cart, please click on the "Shopping Cart" link at the top of the page. You can enter new quantities for each product and click "Recalculate" or "Clear Cart" to remove all items from your shopping cart.
Will I get an email confirmation of my order?
Yes. All of your order details will be included in the email.
Will I get a shipping confirmation of my order?
Yes. Once the order has shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking numbers to track your shipment.
How do I check the status of my order?
To check the order status, log into the store and click on My Orders. You can view new, old, and pending orders.
Can I view my order history?
All previous orders are available for review by clicking into your account or clicking the My Orders tab. Of course, you have to be logged in first.

I ordered the wrong size; what do I do?
Please file a return request to TeamLuke@creativepromo.net. Please see the return policy below to confirm the order qualifies for an exchange.

How soon will my order ship?
Refer to the item description for an approximate production lead time for items made to order.
Please note that this is the timeline for when orders will be available to ship, not when they will be received.
How do we suggest new items we want to see?

Return / Exchange / Cancel Orders
1. Returns / Exchanges:
• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are available.
2. Refunds:
• Refunds will be issued only in cases of defects or errors in manufacturing.
• To begin processing a refund, please email TeamLuke@creativepromo.net with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective or incorrect item.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed using your original payment method.
3. Cancellations
• Orders are processed as quickly as one hour after submission. Once processed, any incurred costs can not be reimbursed.
